Xuejia town is densely populated, with dense water network and developed water system, with a total length of about 38 km. WELLE undertook design and construction of water environment comprehensive improvement project of Fenghuang River and south section of Yandang river.

Although there are several sewage outlets on both sides of Fenghuang River, soft enclosures are set to separate sewage from main channel, There are many green islands floating in main channel; beside the island, a glimpse of "Fountain" makes the river more flexible. Where without wastewater interception, WELLE implements external wastewater interception through soft enclosure and pumps wastewater to integrated equipment for rapid purification.

With landscape wetland as the core concept, Yandang River's rich coastline shape and wetland type are used to transform, open up multiple water routes, and let the river flow along existing wetlands and streams in the Water Conservancy Scenic Area. At the same time, in addition to the concentration of surrounding residents, primary and secondary schools and kindergartens.

In Xuejia Town now, we can see that river is smooth, water is clear, shore is green, biology is diverse, people and environment are harmonious, scenery is beautiful and culture is prosperous.
